We want every visitor to be able to access our information and reach us easily. We are continually working to improve the accessibility and usability of eaglenestpg.com for the widest possible audience.

Our Commitment

Accessibility is part of how we build and maintain this Site. We believe that everyone — regardless of ability or the technology they use — should be able to learn about our work, review our listings, and get in touch with us.

Conformance Status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the widely recognized standard for digital accessibility. The Site is currently partially conformant: most of it meets the standard, and we are actively addressing areas that do not yet fully meet it.

Measures We Take

The Site is designed and built with accessibility in mind, including:

• Semantic, structured HTML with a logical heading order and page landmarks;
• A “Skip to content” link and full keyboard navigation, with visible focus indicators;
• Color combinations chosen to provide strong text contrast;
• Descriptive text alternatives for meaningful images;
• A responsive layout that adapts to mobile devices, zoom, and larger text; and
• Respect for the “reduced motion” preference set in your device or browser.

Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible:

• Embedded maps. Our interactive maps are provided by Google Maps, a third-party service whose accessibility we do not control. Every mapped property also lists its full street address in text, and we’re glad to provide directions another way on request.
• Downloadable flyers (PDFs). Marketing flyers may not be fully tagged for screen readers. If you need the information in an accessible format, contact us and we will provide it.

Compatibility

The Site is designed to work with current versions of major browsers and with common assistive technologies such as screen readers and screen magnifiers. Using the most up-to-date versions generally gives the best experience.

We welcome your feedback. If you encounter a barrier on the Site, or if you need any information or document in an alternative accessible format, please contact us — we will work with you to provide the information you need and aim to respond within a few business days.
